We appreciate your interest in submitting an abstract for a talk or poster at the 2019 NH Water and Watershed Conference on March 15, 2019 at Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH. Abstracts are due January 9, 2019 at 4 pm.
The conference covers a wide range of topics. We invite talks and posters on all water and watershed topics such as nonpoint source pollution, water quality and quantity issues, asset management and infrastructure, the use of GIS and technology in water monitoring and management, outreach and social media, and aquatic ecological monitoring and assessment. We prefer presentations that focus on outcomes rather than work that is at a preliminary stage. Presentations and posters should focus on topics applicable to New Hampshire and the surrounding region.
Sessions will be organized around a variety of watershed and water resource themes. Please submit key words to help us with organizing sessions.
Please plan on approximately 20 minutes for talks followed by 5-10 minutes for questions and answers. Posters should be 30”x40”. All speakers and poster presenters will be required to register for the conference. Registration will occur in February 2019. The conference fee will be approximately $60 to $70 with a reduced rate for students.
