On Thursday, September 14, we gathered with Justice & Security and Tourism, Environment & Sustainable Development faculty along with staff from the Financial Services Center, Marketing Communications, University Advancement, Student Affairs, ITS, HR, and Admissions. As a group, we spent 2-hours exploring how to integrate support services and processes with existing functional support across campus for these two clusters. Over the summer, J&S and TESD identified support needs in the areas of communications, projects, partnerships, and operations that are to be completed outside the cluster; as we look to pilot these support functions, we want to ensure that they are appropriately integrated with existing campus processes.
