Summer Work 2018
As we approach summer, we recognize that there is still a significant amount of work to be done to continue our progess to Integrated Clusters and in support of URI proposals. This summer, we will take a task-based approach once again.
Work to be completed this summer relates to initiatives laid out on the Transformation Timeline. More information can be found here. If you are interested in participating in Summer Work 2018, please complete the survey linked here: https://plymouthstate.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9LkyKsWcxtnCvpX. Once again, we will offer partificpants the opportunity to contribute at low, medium, and high levels of engagement for varying levels of time across the summer. Once we receive submissions, we will be in touch to explore next steps with interested faculty.

Task Groups – Summer 2017
Building on work identified during campus forums this past academic year, participants arrived at a set of work activities for this summer. At the March 15th campus forum, we explored the concerns that are “keeping folks up at night.” These concerns informed a March 29th forum with chairs, guides, and staff leaders to identify the steps that needed to be taken in the next 6-9 months to address these concerns. With the Guides, we built upon that work to develop a series of work activities for the summer, described in more detail below. Faculty leads helped to organize much of this summer work; they are now leading teams of faculty and staff from across the institution to move us forward.
Campus Engagement – Spring 2017
A series of Campus Forums took place in the Spring semester to address various aspects of the transition to integrated clusters. Sessions are facilitated by the academic deans, cluster guides, and other campus leadership groups, to facilitate faculty and staff engagement in the change process. These events aid us in building community and a shared vision for our future.
Please review upcoming and past forums and hold the upcoming dates on your calendar to actively participate in upcoming Campus Forums:
