Anxiety Toolbox focuses on helping students understand anxiety symptoms and build skills to manage those symptoms. The content of this 3 session group includes: (1) understanding anxiety, (2) exploring how thoughts and behaviors impact anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety.  Through this group, students will be able develop their own individualized plan for managing anxiety.

Getting Unstuck

Getting Unstuck focuses on helping students understand depressive symptoms and build skills to manage those symptoms. The content of this 3 session group includes: (1) understanding depression, (2) exploring how thoughts and behaviors impact depression, and (3) developing alternative responses to depression.  Through this group, students will be able to develop their own individualized plan for getting unstuck and managing depression.

3-Steps Forward

3-Steps Forward focuses on building skills and creating flexibility in how to respond to distress. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself. The sessions include modules dedicated to: (1) helping you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns, (2) creating flexibility in how you view and approach these issues, and (3) helping you take steps toward living with a wide range of emotions. By the end of the workshop, students will have a better sense of their personal values and how they want to focus their energy.

Seeking Serenity

Seeking Serenity focuses on helping students understand emotional distress and building skills to manage challenging emotions. The content of this 3 session group includes: (1) learning about how to more effectively tolerate distress and manage painful emotions, and (2) learning tools to identify and change the things that contribute to distress that are within your capacity to change, and (3) accepting and more effectively managing the things that you are unable to change. Through this group, students will be able develop their own individualized plan for managing emotional distress.
