Looking to learn about mindfulness? Join us virtually (Zoom) as we talk about different techniques to help increase mindfulness.

Join us on Monday’s 9am-9:45am, as we cover different topics about all things mindfulness. We will explore mindfulness through different topics such as school, change, sitting with difficult feelings, and anxiety.

No experience needed!
