A well-planned event begins with reserving space through 25Live.  Be aware of other events and how they could affect availability of space, staff, parking and even your targeted participants!  Events are powerful communication tools.  Consulting the campus calendar can guide you in meeting with other student organizations to avoid duplication of events and ensure greatest return on your event! In addition to securing your space, 25Live is a tool used to:

  • Promote your event through Marketing, Communication and Creative Services (MCCS)
  • Schedule room unlocks and locks through Physical Plant and University Police
  • Set temperature and adjust heat and air conditioning depending on season
  • Track space usage and schedule deferred maintenance

The Student Activities Office serves as an event resource for Student Clubs and Organizations and can be found on the 1st floor of the Hartman Union Building (HUB) or call them at (603) 535-2639.
