PSU Healthy Living Symposium, Tuesday, September 18, 2018


The PSU Healthy Living Symposium is sponsored by Healthy PSU, Plymouth State University’s nationally recognized, award-winning health and wellness campaign. Healthy PSU supports a culture of health by providing collaborative leadership, education, planning and evaluation for the health and well-being of our campus & the communities we serve. We value sustainable healthy living for everyone thereby making the healthy choice the easy choice.

The theme of the symposium aligns perfectly with our Healthy PSU mission/goals of becoming one of the healthiest campuses in the country by 2020: Building Stronger, Healthier Communities: Lessons in Passion, Leadership, Courage & Resilience
Through the work of our Healthy PSU campaign, we will also be celebrating Plymouth State’s award achievement’s for continuing to build the health and well-being of our campus community.
During the symposium, Plymouth State will be presented with two national awards:  
The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), 2018 On the Move 12-week Challenge Top 25 Most Active Companies Award (PSU place 13th in the nation) presented by Nick Vailas, PSU President’s Council Member
– The American Heart Association, 2018 Workplace Health Achievement Award presented by Chris Sharpe, AHA NH Board Chair

The symposium is offered at no-cost and open to all students, faculty, staff alumni, community members and partners!
