“Countering the Attacks on Public Education – Policy Influences and Implications for New Hampshire” Presented by Michael Kopish!

Michael Kopish led a teacher training session titled: “Teaching the Trade-offs and Dilemmas of Globalization” at the National Council for Social Studies Conference in Seattle. The workshop was designed for 5-12 social studies teachers who are interested in teaching themes, issues, and topics of globalization. Training included in the workshop focused on the development of teacher content knowledge, methods and strategies for classroom instruction, and access to resources and technologies for the classroom. He also gave a conference presentation titled:  Countering the Attacks on Public Education – Policy Influences and Implications for New Hampshire” at the New Hampshire Council for Social Studies Conference in Manchester.
