Maria Sanders presented “Civic Engagement as an Essential Component for a Happy and Excellent Life,” Thursday, March 19th, at the New Hampshire Social Studies Statewide Symposium in New Hampton, NH. Maria is also this year’s recipient of the Campus Compact for New Hampshire PSU President’s Good Steward Award. This award is given to a member of the faculty, administration or staff who has contributed his or her professional expertise in service to the wider community and who has significantly advanced public service on the campus. The award will be presented on April 7th at the Presidents’ Awards Luncheon.
