The Center for Business & Community Partnerships partners with the Academic majors of: Business, Communication Studies, Education, English Writing, Environmental Planning, Geography, Graphic Design, Interdisciplinary Studies, Music, Theatre, and Dance, and the Women’s Studies Council to provide credit-bearing, experiential courses for their students. Students in these disciplines should contact the Internship coordinator located in the Center for Student Success for information on how to acquire an internship at email@example.com.
There are Internship Workshops offered in the Fall and Spring semesters.
Join us for our next one on Tuesday, April 24th at 1pm in the HUB Room 109
Additionally, drop-in office hours are every Wednesday from 1:30 – 4:00 during the academic year, no appointment necessary!.
Deadlines for internships vary throughout each term (see coordinator for more information).
If you are interested in participating in an internship you may complete an Intent to Intern form located here (please note that you should first speak with your department Chair regarding the internship)
The Internship Coordinator reviews internship sites for students, determines the academic goals with the student, and then prepares students to interview at sites. The Center has a history of developing high-quality internships locally, regionally, nationally and even internationally.
