The Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance will host the 18th Annual Contemporary Piano Festival on March 4, 2017. The festival is open to pianists currently in the 7th to 12th grades. Teachers and parents are welcome to attend all events.
PURPOSE: The Festival is designed to enhance the students’ and teachers’ exposure to music written in the past 100 years. Students, teachers and parents will be able to hear numerous 20th and 21st century works performed throughout the day, during the competition, seminar sessions, and in concert.
