MATERIALS TO RECYCLE
Commingled Containers
GLASS – All clear and colored beverage and food containers.
PLASTIC – All soda bottles, milk jugs and other plastic coded on the bottle #1 Thru #7.
ALUMINUM – All empty aluminum beverage cans.
TIN & STEEL – All empty tin or steel cans.
CARDBOARD – All cardboard boxes must be broken down
flat.
No bottle caps, window glass, ceramics, mirrors, light bulbs, six pack rings, plastic shopping bags or cartons.
Mixed Paper
ACCEPTABLE: Any proportions of junk mail, mixed office paper, classroom paper, magazines, telephone books, craft bags, boxboard, newsprint, fax paper, cardboard, post-it notes, gift-wrapping paper, nonmetallic laminated six-pack carriers.
No paper clips.
Materials Not to Recycle
NON-RECYCLABLE: includes the following: foil-containing products, aseptic (juice) boxes, blueprint paper, carbon paper, Asian cardboard, gable-top dairy containers, waxed or polycoated boxes.
REGULAR TRASH includes the following: Six pack rings, pizza boxes, paper plates, paper towels, wax paper, waxed brown bags, caps or lids, light bulbs, window glass, mirrors, ceramics, styrofoam, yogurt cups, food waste and food covered items.
THESE ALL GO IN THE REGULAR TRASH DUMPSTERS.
