Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

Our Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing staff is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all buildings on campus. this responsibility includes all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and security alarms, and elevators within our one and half million square feet of building area. The Preventive Maintenance Operations currently maintains all HVAC equipment on campus to provide a comfortable, healthy, living and working environment for the students, faculty and staff.  With the rapidly changing technology associated with these fields, the staff continuously seeks additional training and education.
